Nicole Elocin

Nicole Elocin (born Nicole Chigariro) is a leading South African vocalist and songwriter who has reshaped the Amapiano landscape with her soul-infused "Piano R&B" style. She built her musical foundation in church and school choirs from age 11, after being raised between the Eastern Cape and Kempton Park.
She achieved breakout success at the age of 20 with the 2020 collaborative project Money Heist, alongside producer Tyler ICU. The album featured her viral rendition of "Bella Ciao," which garnered millions of views and established her as a mainstay in the genre.
Following her debut, she solidified her influence through key projects like the collaborative album Trinity (2022) and solo EPs such as Emoyeni (2022). She remains a prolific figure in the scene, recently releasing her highly anticipated project A Symphony (2025) and popular singles like "Nawe" and "Nkosi'ngsize".
