Episode 121 Sometimes... One Decision Changes Everything Have you ever felt like you're standing at a crossroads, knowing something needs to change—but unable to take the next step? You're not alone. As we conclude the Sometimes... series, we're talking about the life-changing power of one intentional decision. This episode isn't about telling you what decision to make. Instead, it's an invitation to honestly identify where you've been parked—and what's been keeping you there. Whether it's fear, avoidance, procrastination, shame, skepticism, or simply waiting for the "right" time, remaining stuck often has less to do with not knowing what to do and more to do with not believing we're ready to do it. Together, we'll explore why confidence so often comes after the decision—not before—and why your next chapter may be waiting on the other side of one courageous step. Remember... You don't have to see the entire road to begin the journey. Sometimes... one decision changes everything. In this episode, we'll explore: Why so many of us remain "parked" at life's crossroads The hidden reasons we avoid making difficult decisions Why confidence usually follows courage—not the other way around How one intentional decision can change the direction of your life What Peter's step out of the boat teaches us about faith and forward movement Scripture Proverbs 3:5–6 (NLT) "Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take." Reflection Questions Where have I been parked? What decision have I been avoiding? What's truly keeping me from moving forward? What would change if I trusted God with my next step instead of waiting for complete certainty? If today's episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to share it with someone who's standing at a crossroads of their own. Remember, my friend, that while this season may be your "sometimes," God doesn't plan for it to be your forever. Life is short... So Bounce Back, Black Woman!® 🎧 Enjoying the Podcast?
