Welcome to episode 14 of season 5 of the I Am Black History podcast brought to you by InTheBlack:Canada (ITBC) and DeeP Visions Media. This is part 1 of my conversation with Jane Braithwaite who lives in Peterborough, ON. Jane's ancestors. have connection to Barbados, Sydney, NS and Milton ON which is a small hamlet west of Toronto. So many fascinating stories including that her grandmother was the first African Canadian visiting home maker in Toronto.
