Tuskys installed every mechanism a professional company is supposed to have, and undid each one from inside. It hired an outside chief executive; the founder's grandchildren threw him out of the building. In 2017 a sitting director said under oath that Tuskys had not turned a profit since 2012. Nothing changed. Sixty-four stores became five. A company that failed slowly, in writing, in front of witnesses.
