Show notes

Healthy U began by teaching people to eat in Westlands, transforming strangers into a community through testing and measurement. Its founder, Sailesh Rach, led this quiet mission alongside managing director Avni Rach. Today, with more than thirty stores across Kenya and Uganda, Healthy U stands before the state with its own clinical methods, ready to redefine public health standards without crossing legal lines.
