An artist whose work spans genres such as genge, bongoflava, and afrobeats, Sam has established himself not just as a performer but as a storyteller with deep cultural roots. Initially gaining recognition as an event producer and as a personal manager for fellow artist Artin Pro, Sam's transition into music was less conventional. During the challenging times of the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown, music became his therapeutic outlet, leading to the release of his hit 'Kalantini Eno.' This track marked the beginning of his journey into Uganda’s Afro-Pop scene. His subsequent singles 'Sure,' 'Tikinga,' and 'Kitimba' have captivated audiences with their catchy melodies and poignant lyrics that explore everyday struggles, love, and the joy of existence. Sam has collaborated with esteemed cultural institutions, such as Makerere University's Department of Performing Arts and Film, the Norwegian University College of Dance, and the Uganda National Cultural Centre, adding an academic gloss to his artistic endeavors.
