Fally Ipupa N'simba, known by his stage name Fally Ipupa, is a Congolese singer, songwriter, dancer, philanthropist, guitarist, and producer famous for popularizing Congolese Rumba across Africa in the 2000s. He started as a singer and dancer, performing alongside Koffi Olomide in a group called Quartier Latin before pursuing a solo career. He released his debut album in 2006.
