Cancel Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. If you wish to cancel your Josplay Music subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Launch the Josplay Music app and log in to your account using your username and password.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Library" section.

  3. In the "Library" section, you will find the settings option. Click on the "Settings" icon

  4. Once in the settings section you will find the "Delete Account" button. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.

  5. We would appreciate it if you could take a moment to share the reason for canceling. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our services.

  6. Confirm the cancellation of your subscription by clicking "Yes" when prompted.

  7. You will receive an email confirming the successful cancellation of your subscription. Please keep this for your records.

If you have any remaining time on your current billing cycle, you will have access to the Josplay Music services until the end of the cycle.

If you are on the free version, you subscription will end immediately.
