According to a NY Post article, 75% of Gen-Zers believe they should be promoted within their first year on the job. Where is all this entitlement coming from? We believe it’s coming from previous generations - the parents.
We explore why GenZ is most likely to feel poorly about its current financial health. Our cohosts, Shay and Vanessa, remind us of Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” They also give tips for parents and caretakers about talking to their children early and often about money and a career.
