Welcome to number 79 and this week I am joined by the owner of the Bhutan Wine Company, SoCal, Drinking & Knowing Things newsletter/books and a Master of Wine, Michael Juergens. A really super fun chat with so many stories, be sure to be laughing all the way through as well as being inspired. We talk extensively about Bhutan and his venture into setting up vineyards in the country for the very first time. We delve into why this is a historic moment, how the Bhutanese have really taken to Michael, how the Royal Family will receive the first bottles of the first produced barrel of wine and of course we talk about how awesome Bhutan is. Michael's vision on life is infectious and you will hear so many stories from his travels to Bhutan and worldwide in this episode. If you know your wine or are interested in it, I have a link below to Michael's famous newsletter entitled 'Drinking & Knowing Things'. I learnt a lot and with Michael sipping on some wine throughout, we maybe got more than he usually lets out. A super episode, enjoy!
