Hello, and welcome to number 136! Happy 2024, and we are back with our first guest interview of the year! Today, I am speaking to Kayla Ihrig, who has just released her book How To Be A Digital Nomad, and we talk about this book and her digital nomad journey. Kayla has a wealth of knowledge about the digital nomad space, and her book is fantastic. Please click the links below to check out her website and where to buy it.
We talk through Kayla's journey from Chicago to moving to Holland. Then, we delve into some of the chapters in the book to discuss certain aspects of working remotely. We cover how much you need to have saved to make the leap, where you can work around the world, digital hygiene, the ups and downs of nomad life, what jobs you can attain, and so much more! Kayla talks about how important LinkedIn has been for getting her book deal and how she leverages Pinterest.
Enjoy and be inspired!
