On September 26, 1992 a Nigerian Air Force C130 Hercules NAF 911 went down just minutes after takeoff in Lagos. All 159 people on board including some of the nation’s finest military officers and foreign allies were lost. It remains one of the deadliest military air disasters in Nigeria’s history. This is their story.
