TW Suicide Hello Everyone, Welcome! It's been some time since my last episode, I hope you're well! We're coming in hot in this episode talking about Black History Month and why despite Italy doesn't have an official celebration is still important to strive to acknowledge the history in the making by Black people in this country. The Italian current citizenship law has turned 30 years old, how does it set Black and POC Italians back? This law can create a sense of alienation for many. In this episode, we will also talk about the case of Cheslie Kryst formal miss American that was a victim of suicide. I share with you how we need to go beyond looks to acknowledge people's mental health struggles and some tips on how to support your "strong friend", coming from one. Here is a global website in case you are struggling with suicidal thoughts: https://www.opencounseling.com/suicide-hotlines Take care, you're not alone, Enjoy x Benny
