Ciao! In this episode, I share with you how my Italian self survived with no animal products and pasta for 10 days. Watching what I ate made me realised the importance of slowing down and appreciate the little things in life even while pursuing your passion, like in the Disney Pixar movie "Soul". Purpose can be amazing, but can it be damaging when we are obsessed with it? In the latest part of the episode, I share with you some thoughts about how sometimes we can be perceived inspired by my latest favourite song "Monster" by Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber.
