Assistant Minister for Climate Change Josh Wilson is Australia's highest-ranking official at COP30, now underway in Belem, Brazil. He's spoken with SBS Portuguese in a wide-ranging interview about the balance between the urgency and the opportunity that climate action represents, Australia's fossil fuel exports and renewable energy ambitions, and how COP can achieve results without USA and China.
