From weddings, party costumes and the madness of children’s birthdays, to clowns making kids cry, “wailing as a service”, other deeply unserious career paths, and Oga HR’s childhood escapades, the conversation is ridiculous from start to finish. They also get into quick insights on Odun Longe’s unconventional HR practices, her approach to work, and practical tips for building a healthier, happier workplace culture. The dilemmas also didn’t disappoint, with many of you writing in to confess the truly wild things you did as children. We also got some sad dilemmas about the state of the country and bandits, plus a shocking one about finding out through a DNA test that your father isn’t your biological father.
