Show notes

Do you ever watch a movie all the way through the credits and just sit and MARVEL at how many people it takes to make one film? So many talents are needed to bring these stories to life, and on this week’s episode we’re joined by not only an icon but a history maker. We’re chatting with Ruth E. Carter, a two time Oscar winner who is best known for her work on Black Panther, Wakanda Forever, Yellowstone, and Selma. She tells us all about what it was like to bring Wakanda to life through costume and the lengths she had to go to get it exactly right. You may be surprised to find out how she built some of her most iconic looks!
