Growth Analyst

Josplay is a fast-growing music-tech startup reshaping how African music is discovered, experienced, and monetized. Our growth team is lean and experimental, and we’re looking for a Growth Analyst who will be the heartbeat of data-driven decision-making across campaigns, content, and revenue experiments.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion funnels.
  • Set up and monitor attribution models across paid, organic, and referral traffic.
  • Analyze A/B tests (ads, landing pages, CTAs, audiences) and report insights to inform iteration.
  • Translate performance data into weekly summaries for the Head of Growth and Creative Producer.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the user funnel and propose testable solutions.
  • Support region-specific campaign reporting with cohort analysis and localized metrics.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing analytics or product analytics.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, UTM frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Ability to tell stories with data — turning raw metrics into actionable insights.
  • Comfort working in high-velocity, experiment-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with funnel concepts (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention).
  • Cultural fluency in Nigerian digital behavior and familiarity with music-tech audiences.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience supporting CAC reduction or ROAS improvement in high-growth startups.
  • SQL or Python for light querying and analysis.
  • Past work with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads performance dashboards.
  • Experience working with both mobile app and web analytics.
