Journey
Raised in a home where music and creativity were part of daily life, Tebelelo Sephuma grew up surrounded by strong artistic influence but chose not to stay boxed into it. Her mother, Judith Sephuma, and father, Selaelo Selota, shaped her early exposure, and she began by contributing to some of their musical projects, gaining firsthand experience from a young age.
Rather than remain solely in music, she expanded her focus by studying Motion Picture Medium at AFDA, where she developed a clearer understanding of storytelling from a production and directing perspective. That shift opened more doors, leading her into acting, with appearances on South African television shows like “Mzansi Love” and “End Game,” where she built confidence and presence on screen.
Beyond acting and music, she has also explored photography and other creative outlets, showing a willingness to experiment and grow. Her journey reflects someone who values independence, steadily building her own identity across multiple creative fields without relying on family recognition alone.
