Journey
DJ T-Man SA, born Thando Junior Sabelo Magagule, is a South African Amapiano producer, DJ, songwriter, and vocalist from Vosloorus, Gauteng. He developed an interest in music at an early age, learning to DJ alongside his father when he was around ten years old, before progressing to music production during his early teens. His dedication to creating original music led to the release of his debut single, "Hamba Mfethu" featuring Larifa, in 2015, marking the beginning of his professional career.
After experimenting with genres such as Gqom and commercial house, T-Man SA established himself within the Amapiano movement through a style that blends soulful melodies, spiritual themes, and township-inspired rhythms. His profile expanded through collaborations with artists including Bassie, Aymos, Lady Du, and Sykes. He gained widespread recognition for productions such as "Sizani," "Izenzo," "Ntwana Yam," and other releases that strengthened his reputation within the genre.
In 2025, he released the album "Second Move," a release reflecting his personal experiences, artistic growth, and evolution as a producer. The album followed the single "Success" featuring Aymos, which chronicles his journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of Amapiano's notable contemporary talents.
