Galaletsang Olebogeng Tladi, popularly known as Ole, is a South African vocalist, songwriter, social work academic, and entrepreneur whose career spans music, education, and community development. She is highly recognized for her soulful vocal style and fusion of Afro-house, soul, jazz, and gospel influences. She began singing in church and later developed her performance career through live shows, radio appearances, and collaborations with house music producers and DJs. Her music has appeared on platforms such as Traxsource and Apple Music Afro-house playlists, while songs including “Pula,” “Uthando,” “Faith,” and collaborations with Nastee Nev and Cornelius SA expanded her profile within South Africa’s dance music scene.
Beyond entertainment, Tladi has built a parallel career in social work and academia. She has worked as a lecturer and researcher at the North-West University, focusing on mental health, work-related stress, parenting, and social development. Her academic contributions include conference presentations and published research examining labour migration, motherhood, and emotional well-being.
Tladi is also the founder of OB Tladi Leadership Academy, an initiative dedicated to entrepreneurship development and community empowerment in South Africa. Through workshops and mentorship programmes, she has supported emerging business owners and youth entrepreneurs with business education, networking opportunities, and leadership training.
