Journey
Born Fernando Leiva in Havana, Cuba, Fleiva Music grew up in a pastoral family where church and music shaped his early years. Encouraged by his parents to learn instruments, he became interested in music production around age 13, experimenting with limited equipment in a makeshift church studio. By 19, he was pursuing production more seriously before relocating to Miami, Florida, where he served as a worship leader and music producer.
Fleiva developed his career as a Christian DJ and producer, bringing electronic and dance-driven production into contemporary worship and Christian music. His collaborations expanded his profile, connecting him with artists including Montesanto, Onell Díaz, Grupo Grace, Jay Kalyl, Nate Díaz, Lee Vasi, Funky, and Miel San Marcos. He has also shared stages with Christine D’Clario, Grupo Barak, and Alex Zurdo.
His 2024 releases included “Por Ti,” “Salento,” “Hermoso Momento (Remix)” and “Been So Good (Remix).” In 2025, Fleiva released the nine-track album “Metággisi,” featuring collaborations with Jay Kalyl, Natan El Profeta, Lowsan Melgar, Débora Velázquez, and others. That year also brought “Miel San Marcos Remix,” a collaborative album with Miel San Marcos.
Fleiva continued his international expansion in 2026 through “Oye” with Funky, “Jesus Is King” with Blanca, “Psalm 8” with Victor Thompson, “As The Deer” with Grace Idowu, and “We Cannot Lose” with Ke’Erron. His growing catalogue and cross-cultural collaborations have established him as a notable producer in contemporary Christian electronic and worship music.
