Dante Bowe is an American singer, songwriter, and worship artist born in Rockingham, North Carolina. His upbringing in a church-centered home played a major role in shaping both his musical direction and his personal connection to faith, which later became the foundation of his artistry.
He began releasing music professionally in 2017 with “Potter and Friend,” followed by his independent debut album "Son of a Father." At that stage, his sound was still forming, but his writing already leaned heavily toward honesty, reflection, and worship rooted in personal experience.
His career shifted significantly in 2019 when he joined Bethel Music, a major contemporary worship collective. That move opened the door to wider exposure and positioned him within a global worship movement. Soon after, he became a key voice in Maverick City Music, a collective known for its live, collaborative, and spontaneous style of worship music.
Bowe gained broader recognition through a mix of solo songs and collaborations. Tracks like “Champion”, “Voice of God”, and especially “Joyful” helped establish his presence as more than just a featured vocalist. “Joyful,” released on his 2021 project "Circles," became one of his defining solo records and marked a clear moment of artistic growth.
Over the years, his work has been acknowledged across major gospel platforms, earning Grammy, Dove, Stellar, and BMI recognition for both songwriting and performance.
In 2023, he released his self-titled album "Dante Bowe," which showed a noticeable expansion in sound. The release leaned into R&B and global influences while still holding onto the worship and spiritual identity that defines his work.
