Those years played a major role in shaping how he approaches storytelling, particularly in relation to South Africa’s political and social history.
After returning to South Africa, he became one of the country’s recognisable news anchors, particularly through his work with eNCA. Over time, his career expanded beyond presenting into leadership roles, including serving as CEO of Primedia. In journalism, he is known for structured reporting, interview-led broadcasting, and supporting younger journalists entering the field.
Alongside his media career, Moyane has maintained a parallel connection to music. He performs as a singer, often collaborating with the Soweto College of Education Choir.
