Over the years, he has built a reputation within the country’s dance music community through releases that combine traditional African rhythmic patterns with modern electronic production. His tracks are widely played at social gatherings and on digital streaming platforms.
Janisto is also known by several nicknames including “The Terminator,” “The Tsunami,” and “The 6 Gun,” names that reflect his high-energy performance style.
