Kabiné Kéïta is a Malian kora player and member of the Super Rail Band of Bamako. He is a virtuoso of the West African harp-lute instrument, the kora and considered one of the most accomplished kora players of his generation.
He joined the Super Rail Band of Bamako in the 1970s and played a key role in developing the band's unique sound.
Kéïta is known for his ability to seamlessly blend traditional Mandinka and other West African music with modern element.
